Good Turn Out at Training this Week
We had a good turnout of athletes for training this week as our athletes are
realising cross country season is almost on us. Despite the most unusual cross
country weather last Friday we had almost thirty athletes training while other
took advantage of the good weather to get some training in on the beach.
The first race of the season gets underway nest Sunday (see flyer below). If you
decide to travel to this event make sure to phone in you results to Mary. The
following Sunday Sept 24 th will be St Senan’s Open Cross Country in Kilmacow and
each year a big group from West Waterford competes at this event.
