Successful Club Championships
Last Wednesday brought this years club championships to a successful conclusion.  The event was held over four nights and more than seventy athletes took part in sprinting, throwing, middle distance and jumping events. Points were awarded in each event and the person with the lowest score in each age group at he end of their four events was declared the winner.  Trophies were presented to the first three in each age group. Just two athletes scored the minimum number of points by winning all four events, they were Caoimhe Dwyer under 10 and Lorna Cummins under 11.
