Quiet Weekend for Younger Athletes
There were no competitions for juvenile athletes last weekend so there was a Sunday off for most of our athletes. There was training as usual for our group heading to Paris and they took to the hills of Colligan. The count down to Paris is now on with less than three weeks to go. We will shortly have a meeting for all those travelling and their parents so check the notice board for details.
Easons League
Round two of Easons league was held last Friday for many it meant a quick change of clothes as the Halloween costumes worn in school that day were exchanged for running shorts and spikes. After last week run Tony will be setting out the teams check the notice board next Friday for teams. The league will continue on Friday next Nov. 2nd at 4pm. It is important that everyone turns out and runs for their team.
