Big Turn Out as training Starts Again
We had a big turn out of athletes on Wednesday and Friday last as training got into full swing. We are delighted to welcome newcomers and also to see many familiar faces back with us. Training will continue on Wednesday and Friday at 6.00pm in the Friary.

Our group for Paris is training hard. Last week they had four training session including a run in Colligan and the improvement in their fitness is evident in the times they are running. Next Saturday they travel to the Galtee Mountains for a mountain running event.
