Good Weather Encourages Large Numbers to Training
The fine weather of the last few weeks has encouraged a kind of summer atmosphere at training with large numbers attending on both Wednesdays and Fridays. Preparations are under way for the track and field season with the younger athletes concentrating on sprints, long jump and throwing events. Our older middle distance group is working away and some of them have competed in the Colligan Hill Running League. We are looking forward to a busy summer.
